This blend bean is a real strong tastes coffee beans. The reason of choosing these three beans as a blend, because they all have their own characteristics, and also can complement each other.First, the taste of three beans both have strong body, especially the Aceh-Mandheling is more outstanding, then the two beans from Brazil, one present as a traditional sun dry processed beans fruity and viscous feeling, the other one is to show the excellent toffee or caramel flavor. But in this Halloween blend, in order to highlight the thrill of the beans, we adjusted all the three beans' roast type, although not directly used the most comfortable type for  as single beans, but the effect of the blended together do let us shocked, the blend of bean showed prominent bittersweet and mellow taste, the wood and soil feature of the Mandheling not only isn't annoying, but it become the beans addictive qualities, the several kinds of taste interweave together to form the beans typical heavy taste flavor, the crema is also very rich, very suitable for espresso, also suitable for siphon pot to heat extraction, or pour over with flannel filter.

For best taste, Drink in 4 weeks after roasted. 

Here’s some easy process for your ref.: 

1. Tear off package along the arrows

2. Pull the hangers place on cup edge

3. pour hot water smoothly

4. Remove filter by hangers and dispose

In advance, you may follow these tips:

1. Warm the cup before hanging the pouch on cup. 

2. Use water temp in between 185-190°F. (Higher temp brings thicker taste)

3. Pour 30 ml to bloom the ground coffee for 20-30 secs and wait 10 seconds until it wakes up.

4. Use 170-190 ml water in total. 

5. Carefully dip the pouch into cup for 30-60 secs if want a heavier flavor.
